DESCRIPTION :
STL type machines are series of specifical devices added to a competent choice of the number, the speed and position of the wheels as well as the shot sites unable the user to select from the control panel the parameters most appropriate to the kind of the expected work.

Material is generally moved on a horizontal wire belt conveyor equipped with control unit with speed variation, the speed is then decided upon according to the initial stat of the surfaces to be treated and the level of finishing required. The through-put speed can be continuously adjusted and the abrasive distribution to the throwing wheels is controlled by a special detector of piece presence at the inlet of the machine. The entry vestibule is equipped with wear-resistant rubber curtains that prevent the escape of abrasive. The blasting abrasive is continuously cleaned, recirculated and reused. The shot is remove from the blasted details by blowing system installed in the outlet vestibule.

• Optional equipment : turbine variable speed driver (inverter), fire and explosion prevention device, noise insulation installed on the dust collector and around the wheels.

APLICATIONS :
This type of installation is particularly suitable for the treatment of those pieces that, for reasons of shape or delicateness, cannot be subjected to treatment in a traditional hook, roller or conveyor-belt shot-blasting machines.
