Material is generally moved on a horizontal conical roller conveyor equipped with control unit with speed variation, the speed is then decided upon according to the initial stat of the surfaces to be treated and the level of finishing required. The through-put speed can be continuously adjusted and the abrasive distribution to the throwing wheels is controlled by a special detector of piece presence at the inlet of the machine. The entry vestibule is equipped with wear-resistant rubber curtains that prevent the escape of abrasive. The blasting abrasive is continuously cleaned, recirculated and reused.

• Standard equipment : manganese coverage of the chamber blasting section, automatic regulated roller drive, photo-cells install on the inlet vestibule,
• Optional equipment : inlet and outlet roller conveyor, turbine variable speed driver (inverter), noise insulation installed on the dust collector and around the wheels.

APLICATIONS :
PC type blasting machines are used to remove scale and rust from tubes and cylindrical tanks. The arrangement of the blasting wheels are adapted to the size of the work pieces.
