DESCRIPTION :
ST type machines are series of specific shot blasting devices for mechanical descaling of wire bar and rope ( wire coil).

Material is provide inside the blasting zone.

Long operating life of inside parts working directly under the shot flow action. Those are made by special cast-alloy thermically treated. The shot blasting cabinets is completely lined by modular, changeable manganese plates. The head walls are made in two thickness with air space inside in order to guarantee the maximum sealing and noise level containing.

Automatic introduction absolutely efficient by sincronized motion (air operated) of concentration plates in conjunction to wire presence. Excellent shot reconditioning and air washing in closed cycle by sophisticate suction and dust collection system.

APLICATIONS :
ST type blasting machines are used for shot blasting treatment of wire bar and wire coil.
