DESCRIPTION :
“VPP” machines are suitable for surface treatment of product of middle and big size hanged in horizontal position. The details are hanged on the monorail pieces holder and automatically pushed in the blasting zone inside the blasting chamber. The entry vestibule is equipped with wear-resistant rubber curtains that prevent the escape of abrasive. The blasting abrasive is continuously cleaned, recirculated and reused.

• Standard equipment : inlet/outlet automatic conveying system, security photo-cells.
• Optional equipment : turbine variable speed driver (inverter), fire and explosion prevention device, dual magnetic separator, electric hoists.

APLICATIONS :
They are used for shot-blasting treatment of welded steel constructions, fence, gates, parts of the building machines. With this application it is possible to remove rust, scale, sand, burrs, paint etc. VPP type machines are also used for surface finishing of sensitive work pieces or to roughen work piece surfaces for subsequent coating.
