DESCRIPTION :
“PG” machines are the most flexible and universal shot blasting devices for surface treatment. The details are hanged on the monorail pieces holder and automatically pushed in the blasting zone inside the blasting chamber. After the blasting program begins, the machine door is automatically closed. As the work pieces rotate, they are blasted at two different blasting positions. When the blasting cycle is finish the machine door opens automatically and the suspended work pieces return to their initial position.

APLICATIONS :
They are used in foundry sector, motorization industry, varnishing field and for shot-blasting treatment of welded steel constructions. With this application it is possible to remove rust, scale, sand, burrs, paint etc. PG type machines are also used for surface finishing of sensitive work pieces or to roughen work piece surfaces for subsequent coating.
